To provide you maximum flexibility, the conference will remain available for completion On-Demand until June 30

Credit Options: Registrants can choose how many 8-credit increments of CME they purchase and have the option of attending up to 24 credits at the live conference or earn up to 48 credits with the on-demand option.

Faculty Interaction: Live conference attendees will be able to chat and interact with faculty and other attendees while the presentations are playing. Our program faculty will pre-record their lectures so they will be able to answer questions in real time throughout the entire presentation.  In the On-Demand format, attendees will see all comments made during the live presentation and will be able to email questions to content experts.
