Ohio Medical Cannabis 2-Hour Certification Course

The content of this program has been certified by the Ohio Osteopathic Association as meeting medical marijuana CME requirements mandated by the State Medical Board of Ohio in OAC 4731-32-02 in order for Ohio licensed physicians to recommend medical marijuana for their patients. 

 

Extra Step Assurance and its education division, Cannabis Expertise, is providing this OOA certified, state approved course.

Target Audience

This activity is intended for physicians, registered nurses and advanced practice nurses treating patients who may benefit from medical cannabis. This activity will discuss the physiology of the endocannabinoid system, the pharmacology, toxicology, side effects, risks and benefits of medical cannabis and its constituents in a variety of medical conditions.
