OOA Welcomes Disney Institute Professional Development

Disney Institute is bringing its newest professional development program, Disney’s Approach to Quality Service for Health Care Professionals, to Akron on April 26, 2011.  Sponsored locally by Human Capital Academy, the full-day event will teach area professionals how to create a business culture that fosters employee engagement and trust that will lead to exceptional patient service and solid financial results.

The program will be held at the John S. Knight Center and will give participants new ideas for creating a service-driven organization that delivers excellence.
