Hearing set for July 21
The State Medical Board of Ohio has filed the following rules with the Joint Commission on Agency Rule Review and will conduct a public hearing to consider the adoption of the rules.
The hearing is set for 1:30 p.m. on July 21 in conference room 231 of the Rhodes State Office Tower, 30 East Broad Street, 2nd Floor, Columbus, OH 43215.
Oral or written testimony may be presented by an person affected by the proposed actions.
Those persons who wish to provide oral testimony at the hearing should preregister and submit a copy of testimony by contacting Kimberly Anderson at the address below.
Written comments may be provided at the public hearing. However, the board encourages written comments be submitted prior to July 21, 2026.
