Juhasz to Participate in AHRQ/AOA Webcast, Oct 7th

AOA Board member Robert S. Juhasz, DO, the medical director at the Cleveland Clinic’s Willoughby Hills Family Health Center, will share how he uses comparative effectiveness research in daily practice during a national web cast this Thursday. 

The Agency for Health Care Research and Quality’s (AHRQ) Effective Health Care Program is inviting all members of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) to participate in "Applying Existing Evidence to Osteopathic Practice," Thursday, October 7, 2010, at 12:00 pm ET. This inaugural event will highlight AHRQ’s existing comparative effectiveness research on treatment for osteoarthritis of the knee and ischemic heart disease. Researchers from the EHC Program’s Evidence-based Practice Centers will present on the following reports:
