Carlos G. Lowell, DO, will present on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. TMS is a noninvasive procedure to treat depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder and other neurological and psychiatric conditions.

Dr. Lowell, a board-certified psychiatrist in Sandusky, is back by popular demand after presenting at the March Mindfulness Monday about treating depression and the interplay of structure and function and how it can impact wellbeing. He is the co-chair of the Clinical Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Society Education Committee and the first DO to start a TMS program in Ohio.
