CME CREDIT

The Ohio Osteopathic Foundation is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. The Ohio Osteopathic Foundation designated this program for a maximum of 16.0 hours of AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits in accordance with the extent of the physicians’ participation in this activity.

This program is offering an additional 1.0 AOA Category 1-A credit hour for completion of an outcomes survey. The survey will be emailed to registrants 14-30 days after the seminar.

Physicians must complete the online CME attestation form attesting to the total number of hours attended. Please complete the form by May 8.
